We're operating as close to normal given the current restrictions because of Covid-19. We have implemented extra controls throughout our business to protect our staff, suppliers and customers.
In our distribution warehouse, we have taken careful and extreme measures to keep the team safe; which means we can handle approximately half the workload of pre-virus. As a result, we are rationing online orders to ensure we continue to do this safely, which can mean orders beings delayed by a day or two. We aim to deliver as soon as possible during this period and within the timescale indicated at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds due to later delivery during the current circumstances.
We want to ensure you never run out of tea, coffee, jam, honey or chocolate! If your home baking, looking for a little treat, something to cheer you up at this time or would like to order a little something for those you love - we'll do our best to get this to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We're working hard with our suppliers to ensure we keep items in stock as much as we can. Unfortunately, however, our supply chain is experiencing severe disruptions with Covid-19 restrictions and expected Brexit delays; we're not able to restock and produce items as quickly as possible now. We do however recommend you order enough to last for the next few weeks and will keep you updated as soon as we can plan better.
Once your order leaves our distribution centre, one of our trusted business partners will handle its journey to you. Our delivery partners (Royal Mail, DPD or Parcel Force) have also introduced their stringent measures to ensure the safety, health and well-being of their employees and customers. When your order arrives, your parcels will not be handed directly to you and left in a safe place, ensuring this is delivered as safely as possible. The driver is however required to ensure there is someone in and evidence proof of delivery.
We are still despatching orders as usual to Europe and the rest of the world. However, we are aware that our delivery partners overseas are experiencing local delays. Please allow up to 5 working days extra for your order to arrive.
