Scents of mountain honey with a fresh litchis medley.
This Darjeeling styled 'black oolong' is made entirely by hand from only the tenderest summer and autumnal leaves, produced daily in micro-lots over just a few weeks: making beautiful long, twisted dark brown, spicy, fragrant leaves, with special golden tips.

I just received this tea this afternoon and although I've already drunk four healthy cups of it, each sip I take still stupefies me. This is a most delicate black tea that takes me to a fragrant garden atop a mountain. It is gold-hued in the cup and so exquisite, I feel it must be drunk alone, for nothing is remotely worthy enough to be consumed alongside! I can't recommend this tea enough and want nothing more than to make everyone I hold dear a cup of Golden Monk!
Nice, light and so rich. Five stars.
